Materials needed:
- red cabbage
- beaker
- pipette
- spot plate
- solutions of pH 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14
- goggles
- aprons
If students prepare the cabbage solution
- hot plate or Bunsen burner and set up to boil water
- beaker tongs or Hot Hands
