Digital Product Policy

All products in this store are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be “returned” once they’ve been accessed, all sales are final. Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact me right away so I can help you resolve the issue. I want to make sure you get what you paid for and can use it successfully in your classroom.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, I’m happy to refund the duplicate purchase.

To request a refund, please email me with:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase, and
  • The order numbers or receipts for both purchases.

Duplicate purchase refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Bundle Upgrades

If you’ve purchased a single resource and later decide to buy a bundle that includes that same resource, I’ll refund the cost of your original individual purchase so that you’re not paying twice.

Please email your request within 1 year of buying the bundle and include:

  • The order number for the original purchase, and
  • The order number for the bundle purchase.

Refunds for upgrades are processed manually once both orders are verified.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues downloading or opening a file, please contact me directly for support. In most cases, I can quickly help you get access without needing a refund.
